Careers

Magnolia Montessori’s mission is to nurture a child’s love of learning and respect for self and community through an authentic public Montessori prepared environment. Our staff works as a team to model this to the child and community.  Our vision includes growth, and Magnolia Montessori is accepting résumé submissions.

For Montessori lead teaching positions, teachers will either possess a MACTE (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education) approved Montessori certification credential for the age level (Primary: preK-3, preK-4 and kindergarten, Elementary I: first, second and third grades, or Elementary II: fourth, fifth and sixth grades) they will be teaching; or if a teacher does not already hold certification, Magnolia Montessori Academy will arrange for training to begin the summer before employment through a MACTE approved Montessori teacher training program.

Teachers possessing a professional Florida state teaching license and/or a Montessori credential will be given preference.

Please feel free to send your cover letter (including your philosophy of education), résumé, a copy of your Montessori diploma, and a copy of your Bachelor’s Degree by mail or email.
